Primary duties will include raising equity capital by promoting MCB Wealthbridge’s DST and 1031 exchange real estate investment programs and, generating investor equity sales through relationships with broker-dealers (BD’s), registered representatives and RIA’s. This position requires a depth of experience in real estate securities and Alternative Investment sales channels. Primarily outside sales and frequent travel schedule required.</div><div><br></div><div><b>JOB ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</b> – the following is not an all-inclusive list of the job responsibilities. MCB may change or revise duties and responsibilities or add other job-related duties or responsibilities at any time as the position evolves or to support business needs.</div><ul><li>Build and grow broker-dealer, registered representative, and RIA relationships in assigned regions.</li><li>Prepare and execute a regional sales business plan to help drive our success and growth through maximizing our program equity sales and collaborate with sales team to create synergies.</li><li>Participate in weekly sales report updates with the SVP, National Sales, sales team, CEO, and other MCB executives.</li><li>Promote and market MCB Wealthbridge’s offerings and provide education on 1031 exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs).</li><li>Participate in sales training, and educational and industry, webinars, events and conferences.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide input concerning DST industry supply and demand.</li><li>Participate with SVP, National Sales in working with marketing group to produce needed marketing collateral materials.</li><li>Proactively manage Salesforce or other CRM system to assure sales contact, data and reports are current and accurate.</li><li>Additional responsibilities include joining and participating in industry organizations, networking nationally and regionally, and attending relevant conferences and events and home office meetings.</li></ul><div><b>KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/ABILITIES</b></div><ul><li>BS/BA degree with related business area focus required.</li><li>FINRA Registration (Series 7 and 63) or other as required.</li><li>Minimum of five years’ industry experience successfully raising capital through the IBD and RIA sales channels as a DST Program wholesaler, with strong relationships in Southern California and the west coast.</li><li>Strong knowledge of DST and other tax-advantaged real estate investments.</li><li>Valid driver’s license in good standing and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage required.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and its related suite of applications, CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and other relevant systems as necessary.</li><li>Strong verbal and written, and internal and external, communications skills including public speaking and presentation of company and program facts and details at events, home offices, and investor seminars.</li><li>Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Independent travel and meeting expectations commensurate with what is necessary to successfully raise capital through the independent broker-dealer and RIA relationships.</li><li>Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.</li></ul><div><b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</b></div><div>This position is performed primarily on the road/outside sales setting with extended periods of sitting and computer/keyboard use; reading and editing documents; regular phone and other electronic equipment use.
